Smoke gets in your eyes

Having worked at the Gap all summer, I am privy to certain information that is equally boring and really exciting. One of the more interesting ones is Banana Republic's Mad Men Collection. Created with the Costume designer from the show, the collection is equally modern and very 1960s. I love some of the items so much.

I think I found myself a nice new summer/ audition dress, because my summer really does not start until I get back to DC where it's hot. I've had to wear flannel to work at camp the last few weeks because it's been foggy and cold.

Here are some of the awesome clothes. Hello, employee discount. Also, this acts as a distraction from the fact that the show is not returning until 2012. SADNESS!!! But at least Boardwalk Empire is returning soon.

Maybe I'll buy these later this week. Tomorrow, the kids have their show and it will be adorable. I'm excited.
